What Can You Return?

You can return almost any Craftsbit product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. This includes:

Unopened and unused craft supplies (paint, yarn, fabric, etc.)
Tools and equipment in original packaging (with all manuals and parts)
Kits that haven’t been started (with all components intact)
Exceptions:

There are a few exceptions to our return policy:

Digital Downloads: Due to their nature, digital downloads like patterns or ebooks cannot be returned.
Custom Orders: Personalized items or custom-made kits cannot be returned unless there’s a clear defect.
Clearance Items: All sales on clearance items are final.
What Condition Should the Returned Item Be In?

We kindly ask that returned items be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. If the item arrived damaged, please keep all packaging materials for processing the return.

Free Return Label: In most cases, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label you can print and attach to your package. This makes returning an item completely free! (Note: This may not apply to oversized or heavy items.)
Self-Return: If a pre-paid label isn’t available, you can choose to return the item yourself. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.(UK)
Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll receive a notification email confirming the refund.
